Method for diagnostics of pro-oxidant and anti-oxidant properties of blood properties at stable and unstable stenocardia includes implementation of complex clinical-biochemical investigation of patients with determination of activity of secretor phospholipase, amount of carbonyl derivatives of blood serum, characteristics of lipid blood spectrum and paraoxinase. One diagnoses pro-oxidant and anti-oxidant properties of blood in patients with stable stenocardia and unstable stenocardia at respective characteristics of secretor phospholipase, number of carbonyl derivatives of blood serum and paraoxinase.
