<p>The invention concerns a rolling mill system comprising two rolls (1, 2) driven in opposite direction and thermally regulated and at least a cutting device (12), system wherein at least one roll (1) has a first half (5), a second half (6) and a median part (9), open grooves (7, 8) being provided on the surface of said halves, leaving ribs (13, 14) present between the grooves (7, 8), and designed to obtain optimal production of granules. Therefor, the invention is characterized in that the grooves (7) of the first half of the roll (5) and the grooves (8) of the second half of the roll (6) are arranged in opposite direction relative to one another, so as to form an obtuse angle, symmetrically relative to the median part (9) of the roll, and the width of the ribs (13, 14) is less than the width of the grooves (7, 8), and a cutting device (12) is provided on each front part (10, 11) of the roll (1).</p> |
