PURPOSE: Chloroplast bean sprouts grown in the soil are provided, thereby producing bean sprouts having abundant nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing chloroplast bean sprouts comprises the steps of: preparing loamy soil containing an appropriate sands and having black or red; inserting the loamy soil in a vessel; seeding beans for bean sprouts in the loamy soil; covering the vessel with a vinyl net; and culturing the beans at 15 to 20 deg. C for 20 days, with providing an appropriate water and sunlight. |
