PURPOSE: A device for controlling cross connection of a communication system is provided to verify the phenomenon of improper cross connection in the communication system, so as to provide a harmonious communication service. CONSTITUTION: A micro processor verifies whether cross connection is performed properly, and controls the cross connection to be properly performed if the cross connection is not performed properly. A message input part that is controlled by the micro processor receives an inputted frame pulse, to output the frame pulse by the unit of bit appropriate for the cross connection. A cross connection part receives data outputted from the message input part to perform cross connection. And a message output part controlled by the micro processor outputs the data that are cross connected in the cross connection part by a predetermined output bit.
