The device comprises at least one discrete first movable member; a second movable member proximate said at least one first movable member, said second movable member being movable relative to the at least one first movable member; and a magnetic field generator which causes the at least one first moveable member to press against the second movable member when a magnetic field is supplied by said magnetic field generator.
