PURPOSE: A height control device of acupressure element of thermotherapy device is provided to adjust the height of the acupressure element according to the height of the back bone of a user so that acupressure effect and back bone treatment by the thermotherapy can be maximized. CONSTITUTION: The height control device of acupressure element of thermotherapy device comprises a moving element which moves along a plurality of rails and a plurality of acupressure elements. The moving elements contains a second motor and a cam which is rotated by the driving force of the second motor. A plurality of acupressure elements containing lamps are provided on the surface, wherein an acupressure frame is connected to the upper portion of the moving element to control the height by the rotation of the cam. A step is formed around a rim of the moving element to prevent release of the acupressure frame when its height is controlled.
