PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material evaluation apparatus suitable for evaluating the mechanical characteristics and energy conversion characteristics of a transducer or the like used in a power generation means for generating power from mechanical energy or vibration energy by utilizing mechanical/electric energy conversion characteristics, especially in a dispersion type power generation means expected to be increased in demand after this. SOLUTION: The material evaluation apparatus is constituted so as to evaluate measuring test pieces using three measuring test pieces comprising the same material and having the same dimension and two discs known in mechanical characteristics such as an elastic constant or the like, comprising the same material and having the same dimension. The measuring test pieces are evaluated by measuring displacement generated when load is applied to the test pieces and the discs.
