CYLINDRICAL CHUCKER WITH FLANGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate alignment of a small bearing hole provided in a flange with a holding means inserted in the bearing hole when a cylindrical body with the flange is held. SOLUTION: A chucker 19 that holds a cylindrical body 34 having a flange 35 at its end is provided with a cylinder 20, an elastic tube 27 fixed in a piston plug 25 projected from the under face of the cylinder 20, and a positioning guide 31 that holds the circumference of the cylindrical body 34 to grab the cylindrical body 34. By positioning the chucker 19 and the cylindrical body 34, the bearing hole 40 made in the flange 35 can be easily aligned with the elastic tube 27 inserted in the bearing hole 40.
