<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent changes in rotation operating torque by suppressing moving amount of a guide groove at the time of adjusting rotation operating torque at a small degree, and to properly adjust the rotation operating torque. SOLUTION: A boss portion 34 is formed at a joining portion of a lower plate 1 and a set plate 3, and dented by a suitable amount, thereby changing an interval of the above plates and adjusting bending amount of an upper plate 2 and the set plate 3 to add suitable sliding resistance to each ball 61, 62. An opposing direction of a guide groove 42 and a guide groove 41 and/or an opposing direction of a guide groove 51 and a guide groove 52 are respectively inclined to the joining portion of the lower plate 1 and the set plate 3.</p> |
