PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deflection couplings and bearings and eliminate core dislocation with a test piece for the change of the temperature due to the heat generated by a motor. SOLUTION: The connection between the low inertial motor and a transmission is so constituted that a coupling for motor is fitted in the axis of the low inertial motor, one side of a torque detector is mounted at the other side of the coupling, one side of a coupling spacer is mounted at the other side of the torque detector, and the axis of the transmission is fitted in spigot part provided on the other side of the coupling spacer. Additionally, the transmission is mounted on a fixed stand via a face plate.
