PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer capable of printing a cream solder in a stable state. SOLUTION: This screen printer is equipped with a heat exchanger 23 for heating or cooling a frame 4 which supports a printing screen 2. In addition, the printer comprises a first temperature sensor 23 for detecting the temperature of the frame 4, a second temperature sensor 25 for detecting the temperature of a base plate 5 and a third temperature sensor 26 for detecting an ambient air temperature. Further, a temperature control device 27 is provided which performs the feedback control of the heat exchanger 23 that the temperature of the cream solder indirectly detected based on a detection value obtained by the temperature sensor 25 coincided with a target temperature.
