PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a holding tool capable of improving the manufacturing efficiency while keeping the workability as the holding tool. SOLUTION: A holding tool body 11 is manufactured by integrally forming a male screw part 13, a spherical convex part 14 and a projecting part 15. An operating member 12 mounted and fixed on the projecting part 15 is manufactured as a separate member with respect to the holding tool body 11. This holding tool 10 is manufactured by mounting and fitting the operating member 12 to the projecting part 15 by press fitting.
