PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical separation method for optical isomers, in case of that a sample including D-form optical isomer and L-form optical isomer is subjected to optical resolution by using a liquid chromatography, the effluent order of resoluting ingredient is simply reversed so as to chromatographic peak of trace amount of ingredient interacts with a chiral selector may not be overlapped with the tailing portion of chromatographic peak of the main ingredient. SOLUTION: In the liquid chromatography, a sample containing a mixture of D-form optical isomer with L-form optical isomer and chiral selector are introduced together with mobilied phase to upstream of an immobilized phase, the optical resolution is carried out by contacting under the condition so as to make supporting coefficient of the aforementioned chiral selector larger than the supporting coefficients of the D-form optical isomer and of L-form optical isomer. |
