摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller for an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing the occurrence of insufficiency in the compensation of fuel injection amount due to a degree of amount of fuel adhered on an internal wall face of a combustion chamber of the engine and suppressing worsening of drivability and emission when switching fuel injection form from compression stroke injection to suction stroke injection. SOLUTION: During predetermined period after the engine 1 is switched from compression stroke injection to suction stroke injection after its start from a cold condition is completed, reduction amount compensation of fuel injection amount is performed to suppress a rich condition of an air-fuel ratio in accordance with the evaporation of fuel adhered on the internal wall face of the combustion chamber 3. The more an amount of fuel adhered on the internal wall face of the combustion chamber 3 when switching fuel injection form, the more an amount of evaporation of the adhered fuel. The more the amount of adhered fuel, the larger an initial value of reduction amount compensation amount H of fuel injection amount in a predetermined period (value on fuel injection amount reduction side).
