PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control room temperature at a desired value with the same degree of accuracy as in the case when the room temperature is actually detected with a temperature sensor. SOLUTION: Three control devices DDC1, DDC2, and DDC3 are connected by communication lines Ls to a central control device CT. The devices control the air conditioners AHU1, AHU2, and AHU3 respectively. Each of the control devices DDC1-DDC3 controls variably air temperature so that corrected temperature obtained by correcting the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 8 may coincide with control target temperature on the basis of relations between occupied-zone temperature, detected temperature of a temperature sensor 8, and outdoor temperature throughout the year.
