PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device adaptable to various kinds of control substrates without being accompanied with modification of a back cover. SOLUTION: The control substrates 19, 20 with circuits to drive a liquid crystal panel 11 disposed thereon, the back cover 18A arranged on the backside of the liquid crystal panel 11, an auxiliary plate 21A for attaching the control substrates 19, 20 to the back cover 18A, an attaching mechanism (a screw cramp system 35A, a through hole 37A and a screw 38) to attach the auxiliary plate 21A to a defined position of the back cover 18A and an attachment boss 39 to attached the control substrates 19, 20 to the auxiliary plate 21A are provided.
