PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device of circuit board, first; facilitated in the connecting work with each socket piece to eliminate the possibility of short circuit, disconnection or the like, second; capable of making the connecting relation precise to prevent a wrong connection or wiring mistake, third; excellent in handling such that it can be set without interfering or requiring a large space, fourth; allowing the reuse and recycle of each socket piece fourthly. SOLUTION: In this testing device 12, a detection signal from a probe pin touched to the circuit pattern B of a circuit board A to be tested is transmitted from a connector 6 to a determination part 6 via a corresponding socket piece 3, one end part F (terminal G) and the other end part (through-hole) of the connecting circuit E of a flexible circuit board D to confirm continuity, disconnection, insulation, short circuit or the like, whereby the acceptability is determined. In this way, the flexible circuit board D provided with the connecting circuit E is interposed between each socket piece 3 and the connector 5.
