PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device which can obtain in a shorter time and all at once a plurality of cut pieces which are thin, wide and excellent in quality and shape similar to the cut pieces processed with a cooking knife by skilled man power in sliced raw blowfish or the like that requires special skills and experiences. SOLUTION: Rotary blades, which are constituted of a right truncated cone- shaped blade body group by putting a plurality of disk-like blade bodies with different outer diameters apart at prescribed cutting intervals, and a guide, in which the tip of each blade body of the blade body group can be inserted respectively with a prescribed amount, and at the same time, to which an object to be cut can be set on, are provided. And also, each blade body of the rotary blades is constituted of a thin blade body having a small acute-angled cutting edge.
