PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change a speed of response of a discharge quantity of pressure oil from a proportional control valve concerning a control current to a necessary one by action and operation of a hydraulic actuator in regard to a proportional control valve. SOLUTION: The figure shows a relationship of the discharge quantity of the pressure oil from the proportional control valve to the control current of the proportion control valve. A standard characteristic line of the proportional control valve is represented by the broken line in the figure. In a typical example of the proportional control valve, the speed of response of a flow rate concerning the control current can be adjusted in accordance with the action and operation of the hydraulic actuator by allowing changing of spring force in the control valve.
