PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of generating, within an IC, a bias switching signal using the signal for controlling the input/output of a calculation amplifier to switch between a high bias and a low bias of bias current of the calculation amplifier. SOLUTION: A bias switching control part 30 generating a bias switching signal BIC by supplying a strobe signal STB which controls input/output of the calculation amplifier, has a 8-bit first counter circuit 31 which counts the number of clocks between rising and falling of the strobe signal STB, a second counter circuit 32, switchable between 8-bit and 9-bit which starts counting of the number of clocks with falling of the strobe signal STB, and a comparator circuit 33 which inverts output from 'H' level to 'L' level when the count value of high-order n=3 bit of the second counter circuit 32 exceeds the count value of high-order n=3 bit of the first counter circuit 31.
