PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reform a house for renewing its appearance by exchanging one or all of existing members such as an exterior wall material, a facing material, and an exterior accessory with a new member or new members instead of reconstruction requiring much costs and labor. SOLUTION: In reform of a prefabricated house, a part or all of the exterior wall, the facing material, and the exterior accessory is/are replaced, and predetermined color matching is realized between the exterior wall, the exterior materials 52A (52B, 52C, 52D, and 52E), and the exterior accessories 53A (53B, 53C, 53D, and 53E) constituting an appearance of the house.
