PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which a water-level sensor and a control box can be installed easily to a low tank. SOLUTION: In the low tank 1 in which reclaimed water and potable water are changed over by automatical control opening a solenoid valve 12 for potable water when reclaimed water is used up and a washing water level in the low tank 1 is lowered, the water-level sensor 20 detecting the level of wash water in the low tank is installed to the low tank through a fixture 21 in a vertically adjustable manner.
