PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving holder provided with a rotating shaft with a moving holder for a clip type cellular phone which supports the cellular phone by using the clip. SOLUTION: A moving holder body is formed by four different shape parts 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and a hole for a different shape engagement and for letting the rotating shaft through is used for each part. Each part is connected to each other by the rotating shaft 7, forming flexible rotation in up-down and right-left directions, and attached to an attaching surface by a double-faced adhesive tape. An opening is formed for the part 3a and an engagement groove is formed inside the part. The clip 4 is provided with a piece of engagement and the clip 4 is fixed to the cellular phone by the double-faced adhesive tape 5b and inserted into the opening of the moving holder.
