PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting edge mounting device to a collet chuck which allows the reduction of labor of a NC miller operator and the safe and easy replacement of a cutter. SOLUTION: A cutting edge mounting device to a collet chuck in which a cutting edge is fastened to a collet of a collet chuck for mounting a cutting edge on a main shaft of a NC miller contains a support and fixing means 4 and 28 of the collet chuck 3 in which the cutting edge 1 is inserted in the collet 2, a rotating means of a power ring 5 having a claw member 7 fitted with a groove 6 provided to the outer peripheral surface of the power ring 5 tightening the collet 2 and a deceleration motor 10 connected to the rotating means of the power ring 5.
