PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating gyrosensor capable of detecting angular velocity with a small error by itself. SOLUTION: The vibrating gyrosensor comprises an angular velocity sensor for outputting a signal according to a rotational angular velocity, and a signal processing circuit for measuring an initial biased error of the angular velocity sensor immediately after its startup and correcting an output signal. |
