PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel solidifying method for a solvent material in which the mechanical strength of a material finally obtained is improved by controlling the distribution of a solute freely and leaving the solute in crystal particles in the solidification of the solvent material containing the solute. SOLUTION: The distribution state of the solute in a crystal phase is controlled by applying magnetic field having a prescribed intensity in the solidification of the solvent material containing the solute by cooling.
