PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure by which deformation of the shape as a sewn product is prevented and control of temperature and humidity can adequately be carried out and sewn products are inexpensively obtained. SOLUTION: This ventilation structure is composed of a ventilating fabric body 1 knitted or woven in mesh-like shape so as to continue in the longitudinal direction in a definite width and a nonventilative fabric body 2 compactly knitted or woven so as to continue in the longitudinal direction in a definite width and provided so as to be superposed and covered on the ventilative fabric body and the nonventilative fabric body 2 is connected along one side edge 1a in the width direction of the ventilating fabric body 1 and separated from other side edge 1b in the width direction and is constituted in single swing flap-like shape continuing in the longitudinal direction and the ventilative fabric body 1 is constituted so as to be openable by an opening and closing means 3 which continues in the longitudinal direction.
