IGNITER FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an igniter for an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing generation of wind noise. SOLUTION: An outer-rotor power generator driven by an internal combustion engine is formed of a rotor 4 structured by fixing a plurality of permanent magnets 3 on an inner circumference of a cylinder part 2a of a flywheel 2 which drives and rotates in the internal combustion engine, and a stator 7 structured by winding a power generating coil 6 on each projected pole 5a of a stator iron core 5 arranged in an inner space opposite to the permanent magnets 3. The igniter for the internal combustion engine is provided wherein the igniter includes a power generating part 15 for the igniter of the internal combustion engine which is arranged opposite to an outer circumference of the cylinder part 2a of the flywheel 2, and generates power at every time of facing to a part of the permanent magnets 3 by sharing a part of the permanent magnets 3 out of each of the permanent magnets 3. Uneven parts 18-20 for acting magnetic force of a part of the permanent magnets 3 are provided on the cylinder part 2a of the flywheel 2 by caving an outer surface of the cylinder part 2a to form recessed parts 18a-20a and projecting from an inner surface of the cylinder part 2a to form projected part 18b-20b.
