PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for producing a curved external wall face with a good appearance and exhibiting a high water sealing effect. SOLUTION: In a connection body 14 formed of a long steel plate, a band type horizontal part 14a, band type parts 14b and 14b formed on the left and right sides of the band type horizontal part 14a, and fitting recess parts 14c and 14c formed on the lower face both sides of the band type horizontal part 14a and having a laterally U-shaped cross section are bent and folded integrally. A plurality of connection bodies 14 are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on a flat face part 4 of a base material, and a sheathing plate 16 formed of a long steel plate is arranged between the connection bodies 14. The side part of the sheathing plate 16 is inserted into the fitting recess parts 14c and 14c in the connection body 14 via a caulking material.
