PURPOSE: A fender sound-insulating pad for a vehicle is provided to intercept noise by attaching the pad(an effervescent pad) to the outside of a washer tank without a fender insulator. CONSTITUTION: A sound-insulating pad(an effervescent pad: 100) is designed to be attached on the outside of a washer tank(4) to cut off noise caused by an air-intake hole of a fender panel(1), and is composed of a bending side(101) closing to the inside of the fender panel on the outside of the sound-insulating pad, and an inserting groove(102) injected by the washer tank in the middle of the pad. The bending side meets the inside of the fender panel(1) and improves the sound-insulating effects. The effervescent pad(200) is placed in one side of the sound-insulating pad to meet the sound-insulating pad closely to the fender pad. To attach the effervescent pad to the outside of the washer tank(4) without a fender insulator improves the sound-insulating effects, prevents the deterioration of the sound-insulating effects by the breakage of the fender insulator, and increases production efficiency by reducing processes.
