PURPOSE: The method and a device for manufacturing the drain hose of an air conditioner are provided to simplify the structure of a drain hose for an air conditioner, to improve productivity by reducing the time for manufacturing, and to save raw material. CONSTITUTION: A drawing unit(60) includes a pair of drawing rollers(61) linearly transferring a tubular foam hose(1) in one direction by holding the front portion of the foam hose from both upper and lower sides. A steel core supply unit(40) supplies a steel core(2) to make the steel core wound on the outer surface of the foam hose in the spiral pattern. A film extruder(50) supplies a film(3). The film is coated on the outer surface of the foam hose wound with the steel core.
