PURPOSE: A fusing roller device for an electro-photographic image forming device is provided to heat a surface of a fusing roller to a target temperature in a short time by a heating coil and a working fluid, thereby removing the warm-up time in the initial operation. CONSTITUTION: A fusing roller device for an electro-photographic image forming device includes a tubular inner tube(214) having sealed both ends and keeping vacuum state of a predetermined pressure, a working fluid(215) received in the inner tube by a predetermined amount, a fusing roller(212) surrounding the inner tube, and a heat emitting part(213) mounted between the fusing roller and the inner tube for generating heat, wherein the heat emitting part, directly contacting the outer surface of the inner tube and the inner surface of the fusing roller, is a spiral resistant heating coil and has both leads withdrawn via the both ends of the fusing roller.
