<p>A user interface provided for helping a consumer interact with a company, its products or services, such as conducting a business-related action and/or transaction, by interacting with a functionally identified functional component(s) on a wireless device. The functional component is functionally identified via the company's mark, including logos, trademarks, brand, name, etc. In addition, the invention provides for a method for marketing a business through a wireless device interface by strategic placement of functional identifiers in or on components of a wireless device and a method of using the interface.</p> |
