PURPOSE: A W-VoIP(Wired Voice Over Internet Protocol) system for mobile communication is provided to install a CT/WVoIP agent, and to use a terminal for freely converting a CT(Cordless Telephone) mode and a mobile communication mode, then to maintain time-terminal-stay agent information by a locator in real time. CONSTITUTION: A set mode of a handset(11) is reciprocally converted into a mobile mode or a stay mode. The handset(11) has the first bluetooth module to convert into a CT when the set mode is in the stay mode. A VoIP SA(Stay Agent)(12) has the second bluetooth module corresponding to the first bluetooth module, and is wirelessly connected to the handset(11) when the set mode is in the stay mode, then communicates a telephone call using an IP network. A locator(13) wirelessly communicates the SA(12) with the handset(11), and maintains location and serial information in real time.
