PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an urethane adhesive sheet and an urethane adhesive sheet produced thereby are provided to be environmental-friendly and to prevent the generation of noxious gases or dioxin. CONSTITUTION: A urethane colored sheet is prepared with a roll. A transparent sheet is prepared with another roll. The transparent sheet and the colored sheet are bonded thermally by a heating drum. The transparent sheet is attached with the colored sheet in an embossing roll. A urethane adhesive sheet(7) is cooled by a cooling drum. The urethane adhesive sheet is wound on a winder. A cover sheet(8) having a coated smooth face is pasted with an adhesive in an adhesive supply device(11). The adhesive-pasted face is dried. The cover sheet is attached with the urethane adhesive sheet by a press roll(14). The adhesive sheet is wound on a winding roll(15).
