PURPOSE: A water treatment system by side stream ozone water is provided, which can conduct ozone treatment of raw water within the shortest time by mixing, dissolving, reacting the raw water with high concentration ozone water while consuming the minimum energy by using potential energy of the raw water itself. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a raw water tank(1) for storing raw water from the pre-treatment stage; an ozone injector(6) for sucking, diffusing, mixing, pressurizing, dissolving ozone from an ozone generator(7) to raw water from the raw water tank(1); a dissolving pipe(5) for accelerating dissolution of treated water transferred from the ozone injector(6); a side stream static mixer(9) for accelerating reaction of treated water transferred from the dissolving pipe(8) and dissolution of residual ozone to generate high concentration ozone water; a main stream transfer pipe(2) through which most of the raw water of the raw water tank(1) is transferred; a mixing pipe(3) for ozonizing raw water by mixing the high concentration ozone water by atomizing and mixing through radial flow and counter current; a main stream static mixer(12) for mixing, dissolving and reacting the ozone treated water; a final reactor(13) for keeping pressure and sustaining reaction time of the treated water; a back pressure atomizer(16) for keeping the pressure of the treated water of the final reaction tank(13) and for accelerating residual ozone reaction by atomizing the treated water to the overflow of a treated water transfer pipe(17).
