PURPOSE: An electric advertising board apparatus for providing audio and displaying moving picture and an electric advertising board system using the same are provided, which call people's attention more efficiently when providing information. CONSTITUTION: An electric advertising board(110) displays moving pictures. A control part(120) controls to store and display moving picture information and controls a wireless transmission of audio information as to the moving picture being displayed on the electric advertising board, according to instructions of a user. A user interface part(130) accesses a user command as to the input and display of the moving picture to the control part. A moving picture data input part(140) transfers moving picture data and audio data from the external to the control part. A moving picture storing part(150) stores the moving picture data and the audio data included in the moving picture data from the control part. An electric advertising board driving part(160) converts the moving picture data from the control part into a signal capable of being displayed on the electric advertising board and then transfers it to the board. And a wireless transmitter part(170) transmits the audio data from the control part wirelessly.
