PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic gasket. structure of a refrigerator door with a sufficient adhering sealing performance, an excellent appearance and a simple structure, wherein the elasticity of a bag-shaped part of a gasket in the opening/ closing directions at a welded corner part is not deteriorated when the door is opened and closed. CONSTITUTION: A soft resin is extruded to form the gasket comprising a magnet holding part (12) containing a magnet (15) attracting the circumference (3a) of an opening of a refrigerator main body, a mounting part (13) to the door side and a thin-walled bag-shaped part (14) elastically connecting the magnet holding part and the mounting part with each other. Its ends are cut and butt- welded with each other to form the gasket (11) into a frame shape. The bag- shaped part in the vicinity of the corner welded part is cut out (16) in a specified range toward the magnet holding part side. Thus, the magnetic gasket structure is produced.
