<p>Compounds of Formula I wherein R1 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, R2 is hydrogen or halogen and R3 is hydrogen or lower alkoxy, and their pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts and pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and also processes for the preparation of these compounds.
