PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compute power rates and provide data by reading a virtual apparatus of a wattmeter upon request of customers for acquirement of discrete values. SOLUTION: This server is capable of computing the power rates by reading the virtual apparatus of a software object described as an avatar having the same information as the wattmeter. The server configures one system in conjunction with the wattmeter, an external center device, and an electrical apparatus with a display function within respective customer premises. The center device which distributes software, sends and receives commands and information configures the system connected by wireless/wire communication in conjunction with the wattmeter, and the electrical apparatus with the display function. A function is included which computes the power rates by calling in, and reading the virtual apparatus in which a plurality of communication protocols used for communication with the wattmeter are concealed, and referring data about the power rates and meter reading held in a storage device. |
