PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the frequency of occurrence of lack of the remainder of a user when executing charging processing of any user by any distributed server in a distributed managing system composed of a managing server and a plurality of distributed servers. SOLUTION: In the managing server, it is periodically inspected whether the remainder of each user in each of distributed server reaches a reference complement amount predetermined for each relevant user or not and when it is discriminated as a result of inspection that the remainder of any user in any distributed server is lacked in comparison with the reference complement amount, an amount lacked from the reference complement amount in the remainder of the relevant user in the managing server is complemented to the remainder of the relevant user in the relevant distributed server.
