METHOD FOR CONTROLLING OR REGULATING THE CURRENT IN A DIRECTCURRENT MACHINE FOR A FAN

The invention relates to a method for regulating the current in a direct current machine to which an arrangement for producing a current setpoint val ue signal and a PWM generator (Fig. 11: 182) are allocated. The output signal (PWM2) of said PWM generator can be controlled by a control signal (u 156) a nd itself controls the current in the direct current machine. The inventive method comprises the following steps: a) the control signal (u 156) controls the duty ratio of the PWM generator (182); b) the output signal (PWM2) of th e PWM generator controls the current in the direct current machine in such a w ay that there is constantly a pulsed direct current (i 2; i 2') in a supply lin e of the same during operation; c) a pulsed, current-dependent signal (u 2) is derived from this pulsed direct current (i 2; i 2') and compared with the current setpoint value signal (PHI1); d) depending on the result of this comparison, the control signal (u 156) for the control of the PWM generator (182) is modified in such a way that the current in the direct current machi ne is regulated to the desired setpoint value.
