PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexible deal in energy which is stored in such a style as to facilitate its dealing and storage. SOLUTION: Hydrogen is produced from various energy by using a hydrogen producing device 10 and stored in a hydrogen cartridge 30. To deal in the hydrogen stored in the hydrogen cartridge 30, a computer device 50 is connected to the hydrogen cartridge 30 and various information stored in the hydrogen cartridge 30 is read out and sent out to a host device 200. The host device 200 performs retrieval from various databases, etc., to determine a client partner and deals in (supplies or receives) hydrogen with the client.
