SOLUTION: The recorded area 1a of a hybrid recording medium 1 is an information rewritable recording area for a program and various data recorded thereon in advance, and the recorded area 1a records write/delete inhibit information denoting inhibition of write and deletion. When data are recorded on the hybrid recording medium 1, the write and deletion can be inhibited on the basis of the write/delete inhibit information.
