PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary signal levels which are to be applied to a body to be driven in accordance with temperature characteristics of the body. SOLUTION: A voltage signal generating circuit includes a signal voltage amplifying means 100 and a temperature compensating means 200. In the means 100, an input signal Vb is supplied to a first input terminal of an operational amplifier OP through a first impedance R1, a reference voltage is supplied to a second terminal of the amplifier OP and a second impedance R2 is connected between the output terminal of the amplifier OP and the first input terminal. In the means 200, a third impedance R3 and a voltage dividing circuit are provided. The circuit applies a voltage divided output to the first input terminal of the amplifier OP through the impedance R3. The circuit has a series connection of a positive pole side branch which includes a fourth impedance R4 and a negative pole side branch which includes a fifth impedance R5. A diode D is included in either one of the negative and the positive pole side branches.
