PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label blank sheet for disk having high commodity quality. SOLUTION: This label blank sheet 1 for disk comprises label blank paper 2, a tacky adhesive layer 3 applied to its one surface and release paper 4 covering this tacky adhesive layer 3. The label blank paper 2 is concentrically provided with an inner label slitting 5 and outer label slitting 5b of a circular shape demarcating the label 7 for the annular disk and the release paper 4 is provided with at least two tab slittings 6b forming a tab 9 sticking to the tacky adhesive layer 3 on the label side in peeling the label from the release paper 4 so as to face the diametral direction of the label slitting 5. It is characterized in that the tab slittings 6b are formed across the outer region from the inner region of the outer label slitting 5b. |
