PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of expanding operation and shorten the expanding time in future system expanding equipment which expands future modification planned and adds the future modification to facility information on distribution systems. SOLUTION: When system facility modification information to be managed as a subject is newly registered, a set of related subjects related to the newly registered subject of the already registered subjects is determined from a set F of the distribution lines belonging to the facility as the object of the modification information, and is stored as additional information to the subject. To expand the subject, subjects related to the subject are extracted, and the related subjects are expanded in chronological order, and added to the present system facility information to grasp the condition of the system facility in the future. |
