An automatic temperature and flow quantity regulating apparatus using a shape memory alloy and a dual poppet having a pressure control function is provided to automatically control the flow of a fluid by automatically interrupting and opening a passage with an SMA spring and a pressure spring according to the temperature and pressure change of a fluid. An automatic temperature and flow quantity regulating apparatus includes a valve body(100), a temperature regulating member(120), a main poppet(130), a pressure poppet(140), a main poppet upper cover(150), a shape memory alloy spring(160), a pressure spring(170), a bias spring(180). The pressure poppet is embedded in the main poppet so as to open and close an auxiliary passage of the main poppet. The shape memory alloy spring is resiliently installed between the main poppet upper cover and the temperature regulating member.
