SOLUTION: The food material management and supply system is equipped with a digital broadcast receiver 2, a terminal installed in a food material store, a terminal 4 installed in a bank, a terminal 5 of a credit company, a communication line 6 connected to the respective terminals, a food material managing device 7 which stores information on menus of dishes, information on cooking methods, etc., and information on materials in stock and also display deficient food material for food material supply, and manages ordering for food material purchase, portable recording media 8 where cooking information, etc., sent by data broadcasting are recorded, and a portable terminal 9 which receives information from the recording media 8. |
