PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method concerned with the agency of claiming and collection of paid contents and capable of improving convenience by solving the complexity of processing when a part of a claimed amount is paid. SOLUTION: In an information processing system connecting a charging server 1, a collected charge management server 2 and an information fare adjustment server 3 in order to execute service of agency for charging the claimed amount of each paid contents to be provided to a previously determined subscriber's line together with the charge for telephone calls from the previously determined subscriber's line and collecting these charges, the server 3 previously finds out the rate of each claimed amount occupying the total charged amounts, and when payment information including the line number of the subscriber's line to be an address to which the charge is to be sent and the meaning of a paid state is sent from the server 2, finds out the paid amount of each contents by multiplying the paid amount by the found rate and allows each paid amount to correspond to the contents name of each contents in a detailed statement for charges.
